Thailand Driving License:If you decide to stay in Thailand you should obtain a Thai License. A foreign License holds no weight in Thailand and an International License is only accepted as long as its valid for 3 months. Note: Some insurance companies will put in fine print that you must be a holder of a Current Driver's License (Thai Driver's License) and not an International Driver's License to claim insurance if you have an accident.
